More information about Organic Melange
Our organic Melange is made from selected Arabica beans from the Central American highlands and Indian robusta beans in organic quality. The wild romance of the growing regions is also reflected in the taste of the beans: they produce a full-bodied, spicy aroma and allow berry and chocolaty notes to develop. ETTLI roasts the Organic Melange at gentle temperatures in the drum. Café Melange tastes particularly good prepared as black coffee, café au lait or café crème.
