Fairview Chardonnay 2020 - White wine

A clear, powerful pale gold, Fairview Chardonnay shimmers in the glass and exudes the delightful scent of orange peel, lemon blossom and apricots. A pinch of clove and cedar provide a light spicy component. Well-structured with well-integrated acidity and silky texture, the white wine, half of which was aged for eight months in French oak, presents itself on the palate. Fruity pineapple meets aromas of lightly roasted nuts and mineral notes.
