The Fairview Rose Quartz flows into the glass in a light pink color and pampers the connoisseur's senses with its fine aroma of sweet pomegranate, summer berries and floral undertones. Fruity and mineral in taste, the cuvée of Grenache Noir (56%), Cinsault (26%) and Carignan (18%) delights the palate with its freshness and perfect balance. As a small proportion is aged in oak, the texture of the Fairview Rose Quartz is beautifully creamy. This versatile rosé is best enjoyed with fresh salmon or sushi, but a Mediterranean salad or a tapas and cheese platter are also excellent accompaniments to Fairview Rose Quartz. Incidentally, the name refers to the soil of the vineyard, which consists of the remains of decayed quartz and glows pink in the sunshine.
