The basis for CARLS SUPERIOR VINTAGE WHISKY are specially grown, organic wheat + barley and special malt recipes in surrounding fields of the Harz foreland. The mash matures in a controlled manner and in a small-batch process the noble distillate is obtained in our distillery. In a traditional oak barrel aging of several years CARLS SUPERIOR VINTAGE WHISKY gets its bright amber color. True to its origin, our Carls Superior Vintage presents itself with sustained aromatic notes of cereal notes and fruit, a mild spiciness with hints of honey and chocolate on the palate in the finish. CARLS WHISKY is internationally awarded.
