This Wheat Pale Ale combines the best of two beer styles. As befits a wheat, of course, top-fermented, unfiltered and brewed with more than 50% wheat malt content. This is joined by a good portion of aroma hops (Mosaic, Cascade & Citra), which thanks to the cold hopping / dry hopping come into their own particularly well. The special wheat beer yeast rounds off the taste experience with the typical banana notes.
