More information about BRLO Pale Ale
A character beer with capital city charm!
Anyone who knows Berlin will immediately notice that this beer is the hoppy equivalent of the German capital: a hip name with a historical background, a minimalist label with homage to the city's coat of arms, and an ingredients list that can't be topped for hoppy prominence. Berlin in a bottle!
The top-class hop ensemble consists of Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Saphir, Willamette. These hand-picked aroma hops are all known for their distinct character and intensity. An exclusive blend that, together with the four malts, already leaves a lasting impression on the nose.
BRLO's Pale Ale presents a clear sunny gold in the glass and forms a frothy white crown. Hops and malt combine to create an irresistible aroma potpourri of soft caramel and a cornucopia of juicy fruit. Subtly bitter grapefruit meets fresh pineapple, ripe mango and sweet passion fruit on the nose. A delightfully tangy citrus note rounds out the impression.
As soon as the amber-colored Pale Ale reaches the mouth, its balanced character comes to the fore. On the tongue, the 35 IBU have their say for the time being, without pushing the hop and fruit bouquet into the background. With an alcohol content of 6%, the Pale Ale is just on the borderline of an IPA, but the percentages are hardly noticeable. Rather, the fruity hop aroma (grapefruit, orange) dominates and will captivate just about any fruit lover.
"Urst dit jute Zeug" would say the Berliner, we agree!

Brlo - Your Berlin Beer As a Berlin brewery and catering company, we stand for modern beer diversity and distinctive experiences. By the way, BRLO is the old Slavic name for Berlin and can only be pronounced without mistakes after a few beers. A Franconian, a Berliner and a Mecklenburger founded the Berlin beer brand BRLO in 2014. Two of them, Katharina Kurz and Christian Laase, already know each other from their studies. Diplom Braumeister Michael Lembke is the third in the group, who shared the dream and has been the mastermind of BRLO beers since the beginning. However, the BRLO team is only really complete in 2016, when Ben Pommer joins the founding team and has since been responsible for the culinary concept of the BRLO Gastronomien with his unmistakable passion. From the original two beer styles Helles and Pale Ale, many different beer styles have grown over the years: Starting...
