More information about Frenzel's Pale Ale
The pale ale gives the Frenzel Bräu range an international flair. The pale ale has been given a modern and fresh interpretation by the young brewers and they have even put their very own stamp on the beer style by using regional ingredients and brewing the beer according to their very own recipe.
Frenzel's Pale Ale is unfiltered and presents itself in a correspondingly cloudy amber hue in the glass. A small crown of creamy, slightly tinted foam adorns the beer and exudes an enticing aroma of caramel, cookies and dry hops. The first sip reveals a rich body with a good balance of hops and malt. The hops deliver a floral note that combines with strong bitterness, while the malt rounds off the taste with aromas of roasted nuts, sweet malt and creamy toffee. The finish is hoppy, pleasantly bitter and lingers on the tongue for a long time with a strong bitterness.
We recommend this beer as the perfect accompaniment to your next burger. The soft malty sweetness and the hop kick go perfectly with grilled meat on an airy brioche bun. Add a few chips and the evening is perfect.
Cheers!
