A delicate, elegant gin that captures the unique, exotic character of Garnish Island, off the coast of West Cork. The selected botanicals were macerated in the base spirit over a long period of time and then distilled slowly in small batches in the copper still.
Aroma: Mainly floral notes of iris, roses and hibiscus, as well as citrus aromas and exotic spices.
Taste: Rose remains dominant, as well as rosemary and thyme and orange zest.
Finish: Warming and full-bodied with lingering citrus aromas.
