Our wonderfully aromatic organic apple balsamic vinegar is made from old fruit varieties using the traditional balsamic method. It contains no genetically modified organisms, no colorants or preservatives, no sulphur, albumin or casein.
The production process is vegan and follows organic guidelines. The discoloration is caused by an open reduction and is also purely organic.
The organic apples used for this delicate balsamic vinegar have a full-bodied aroma and a wonderfully natural and refreshing acidity. After the fruity apple juice has thickened, it is refined into cider in the next steps and later into apple vinegar.
This fine balsamic vinegar then matures in our vaulted cellar. The result is a unique sweet and sour taste experience with the finest apple nuances.
