Aroma & Taste
It's back - and fruitier than ever! The new edition 2023! Our sought-after strawberry gin.
Fruity strawberry meets the sweetness of South American tonka bean. A hint of oriental cinnamon combines with fresh lemon and racy lime. Szechuan and pink pepper provide the necessary kick. We are sure - this gin will let you float into other spheres.
Production
Fresh, sun-ripened strawberries macerate for several weeks in our neutral alcohol before being mixed with tart juniper berries. After another resting period, the citrusy and spicy botanicals are added. The macerate is then gently distilled in our copper still, where we once again add fresh strawberries for distillation. In the next step, our gin is reduced to drinking strength. Finally, the fruity strawberries are allowed to make themselves comfortable in the gin for several days. This step gives our Strawberry Heaven its special pink color and its incomparable aroma. Finally, the distillate is filtered and bottled. Our gin gets its color, aroma and taste without any added colors, flavors or added sugar. All natural, all handmade! Distilling art at the highest level!

Gin Maker Munich Dry Gin
GIN MEETS BAVARIAN LIFESTYLE In the south of the most beautiful city in the world, it is distilled with love and dedication - Bavaricus. Our gin cultivates the Bavarian tradition and develops it further. Ten fine and unusual botanicals combine with a Bavarian attitude to life to create a new experience of enjoyment. Actually, the gin distiller of Bavaricus Gin comes from Swabia. But love brought him to Munich - and after more than 10 years, Bavaria also became his second home. Love (at second sight) it was also with the gin - right after Bavarian beer! So it is natural to combine the art of brewing and the art of distilling: Bavaricus - our Munich original! Who ko, who ko!
