The GNISTA Non-Wine collection does not aim to replicate the taste of a traditional non-alcoholic wine, but rather to create drinking experiences that offer tannins, acidity, nuance and length - and just the right sweetness.

These wine alternatives are produced in small batches, each with its own character. They are served in Michelin restaurants across Europe.

GNISTA Red Italian Style offers the tannins, earthiness and spice we love from northern Italian wines. Darker in style, heartier, with meaty notes and more texture compared to the Red French Style.
