Mintis Pomelo Paradiso Gin comes from Torino Distillati in Moncalieri. The family distillery is run by Carlo Vergnano, his wife Piera, his daughter Rita and other employees. Mintis Clementine Gin is distilled for 8 hours at 60 degrees in a specially designed vacuum still. The aroma of the pomelo-infused gin is impressive with juniper berries, pomelo and mint. The taste reveals typical juniper notes, which are accompanied by bitter notes, pomelo peel and spices. Mintis Clementine Gin is bottled at 41.8% vol.
