Golden Rhino

In 2018, the Golden Rhino initiative was born from a group of dedicated people to contribute to the protection of rhinos. At the end of a safari, a "sundowner" is a nice way to reflect on the day and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

This is how Golden Rhino Gin came about - a wonderfully tasty gin that is a perfect accompaniment to a "sundowner", but also provides an opportunity to earn an income. Golden Rhino has also been available in Europe since 2022.

Golden Rhino was founded to raise awareness for the protection of rhinos and other endangered species. The company creates spirits and liqueurs to raise awareness of this issue. The name Golden Rhino is derived from the location of the Mapesu Private Game Reserve.

All proceeds go to the Shared Universe Foundation, which enables them to advance conservation efforts. In recent years, poaching and habitat loss have caused the rhino population to decline by 60%. Through conservation, the next generation can have the privilege of experiencing an encounter with wild rhinos - that's why conservation is so important!
