Ripe blueberries and the subtle spiciness of Pinot Noir (87%) meet the creamy complexity of Chardonnay (13%). A true explosion of flavors unfolds on the palate with juicy raspberries and light floral tones, accompanied by a fine, persistent perlage.
"After the second fermentation in the bottle, the Graham Beck Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé remained on the lees for another four years. This elegant sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes perfectly with seafood, light salads or fruity desserts. Particularly delicious in combination with salmon carpaccio or a fresh strawberry pavlova.
