Here Chardonnay grapes were vinified together with the grapes of a special aromatic clone of the Chardonnay grape and fermented in new oak barrels.
The wine impresses with a great aroma of fresh herbs paired with oak and an elegant melt. Hand harvest. Gentle grape processing. Matured in barrique.
Temperature-controlled fermentation and minimal filtration.
