This wine is an uncomplicated companion of light salad variations and dishes with light poultry. Pleasant aperitif wine. Chasselas is, with over 5000 years, one of the oldest grape varieties. Its origin is Egypt on the Nile.
Very fruity with scents of apples (Granny Smith) and light currant aromas. Very harmonious on the finish.
