The production of Silent Nashi Gin is elaborate. The maceration of a Hamburg cooking pear over several weeks gives it the deep, soft aroma of the local scattered fruit.
At the 2023 World Gin Awards in London, Silent Nashi Gin took bronze in the London Dry Gin category.
We distilled it as a traditional London Dry Gin. With the pear as a botanical next to the juniper, a wonderful, fruity and velvety mouthfeel unfolds immediately. We have rounded off this exceptional gin with a, touch of lavender. These two flavors inspire each other.
