My name is Holger and I live in Ueschersdorf in the idyllic Haßberge mountains. In the small family distillery that I took over from my parents, I produce grain in the traditional way, as it has been produced on our farm for generations.
I grow the grain for production on my own farm, so I can guarantee the quality of the product 100% from sowing the grain to bottling it.
