For many years, the Hens & Monkeys Mexican has been prepared with great care and dedication in the in-house kitchen. Tasted at numerous parties and always found to be excellent, it was finally time to send it out into the big wide world in 2022.

And why Hens & Monkeys? We have grown particularly fond of the monkeys, as they are not only strong and intelligent, but also extremely social animals. Over time, they have become our family symbol. Our family name "Hennemann" gave us the idea to bring monkeys and hens in line with each other.
