Highland Legacy Malt - Non-alcoholic whisky

Highland Legacy Malt is an interpretation of classic whisky profiles, inspired by the Scottish style - with a focus on depth, structure and a long finish. The taste is not based on sweetness, but on complexity and a gradual development of the aromas.

The base is a combination of two barley malts - dark, roasted malt for cereal and slightly caramel notes and peat-smoked malt, which adds a subtle, smoky nuance. The profile is complemented by contact with oak from casks in which whisky has previously matured, which adds structure, tannins and a more authentic, whisky-like character.

The flavor profile unfolds in several phases. Initially, there are subtle vanilla and caramel notes, followed by a dry, cereal-woody core with spicy accents. The finish is long and warming, with a noticeable "alcoholic warmth" despite the 0.0% and a light, smoky aftertaste. The drink is suitable both as a base for classic whisky drinks and for tasting on its own.
