This bourbon is made from a rich yellow corn grown in Texas. This is joined by bright red winter wheat, distillers malt and yeast from organically grown pecans.
The whiskey matures for at least 2 years in oak barrels that are flamed from the inside. This creates a caramel-sweet and smoky note, which is complemented by aromas of vanilla, spices, oak, coconut and floral notes.
The special thing about this bourbon, however, is the infusion with habanero. The spiciness of the chilli harmonizes perfectly with the smoky taste of the whiskey and gives it a pleasant heat.
