The drink is based on a dealcoholized, full-bodied rum from the Caribbean islands of Jamaica and Martinique and offers an authentic rum experience without alcohol.
With its full notes of caramel, vanilla, nutmeg and a unique chili seed distillate that provides the usual spiciness of rum, this spiced spirit is complex and enjoyable.
To create the rich, warm flavor profile, ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit undergoes a process in which the alcohol is extracted. The rum base is then infused with vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, Indonesian nutmeg and baked apple, creating a rich and complex flavor.
The product is not intended to be drunk neat, but can be used as a wonderful base for non-alcoholic versions of rum cocktails such as daiquiris, Cuba Libres and mojitos.
You can also use the product in combination with other spirits to reduce the alcohol content of your rum cocktails.
