ISH G&T is a multi-award-winning non-alcoholic drink inspired by the taste of gin and tonic. It is based on ISH's best-selling London Botanical Spirit (non-alcoholic gin alternative) and a classic tonic.
FLAVOR NOTES
For the production of ISH G&T, ISH Spirits sources its botanicals such as sun-dried juniper berries from southern Europe and coriander seeds mainly from Provence in France. These are combined with a fresh citrus symphony of lemon, lime, mandarin and bitter orange.
In addition, ISH has developed a unique distillate from the peel of chili seeds, which provides the pleasant spiciness that we love so much in cocktails.
USE
ISH G&T can be enjoyed straight from the chilled tin or in a glass with fresh rosemary, black pepper and dried juniper berries. Want to add a light kick? Then simply refine your ISH G&T with a shot of normal gin. The result is a cocktail that contains significantly less alcohol than a conventional G&T.
