PROFILE
Dry, non-alcoholic blended wine, inspired by a classic French Chardonnay with notes of citrus, green apples and pears, combined with a pleasant minerality and a light oak finish.
GRAPE
100% Chardonnay grapes from the Spanish region of Carinena in Aragon. The grapes are grown at high altitudes, which means that they ripen slowly, preserving acidity and creating a fresher wine.
