Château del ISH Sparkling Rosé is a multi-award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine that has even been recommended by the New York Times.
Based on a dealcoholized blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes, ISH gently dealcoholizes the wine at low temperatures to preserve the special characteristics of the grapes and offer the connoisseur an authentic non-alcoholic wine experience.
With its light salmon hue and notes of plums, strawberries and raspberries, the blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes is beautifully acidic and dry.
ISH's unique production process consists of harvesting and pressing the grapes directly, adding a yeast culture and fermenting them in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wines are gently de-alcoholized in a specially developed vacuum distillation process in order to preserve the special characteristics of the grapes.
- Recommended serving temperature is 8-10 degrees Celsius
- Perfect as an aperitif, but also with fresh salads, sushi, soft cheese or a creamy risotto
