Innovative family company IZI was founded in 2011 in Kujawy and in 2014 began to produce unique regional spirits. The main ingredient of the products, elderflower, is harvested on an ecological plantation, which has the EKOGWARANCJA PTRE certificate of conformity. The use of this high-quality ingredient allowed the company to produce a range of unique spirits.
The specially created range of Ciechocińskie and Hyćka spirits - vodka, tincture and elderflower liqueur - gained the attention of consumers. In 2015, thanks to its interesting and unique recipe, the Kujawy-based company was included in the Kujawy-Pomorze Culinary Heritage network.
