Heather Gin, named after the key botanical heather, comes from Great Britain and is actually a typical Irish premium gin: it is distilled five times and the base is a whey distillate imported from Ireland. The botanicals are only added in London, which is why it can also call itself "London Cut" gin. The 5-fold distillation is also very unusual and gives it even more softness. The selected botanicals remain in the alcohol for 24 hours and are produced in small batches for quality reasons.
