The main component in our Blck Garlic seasoning paste is in-house fermented black garlic. Due to fermentation, the antioxidant power of black garlic is significantly higher than that of regular garlic.
It is also considered anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-allergic and easier on the stomach and intestines.
