Welcome to the world of KYRÖ gin!
This gin is the result of years of research and development carried out by the Kyrö Distillery Company. The founders of this company were intrigued by the fact that no one in Finland was producing whisky from rye and decided to fill this gap. But before their whisky was ready, they decided to hone their skills in the production of rye-based spirits. And so KYRÖ Gin was born.
KYRÖ gin is produced in an old dairy dating back to 1908 in Isokyrö. This place is full of history and character - from the ancient skeletons in the Leväluhta spring to the 15th century church and the fateful battle of Napue. KYRÖ gin is therefore not only a product, but also a part of Finland's history and culture.
But what makes KYRÖ gin so special? The gin is made from 100% Finnish rye and flavored with a combination of 13 botanicals, including juniper berries, lemon peel, lingonberries and birch leaves.
The result is a gin with a unique flavor profile that is both refreshing and complex.

Kyrö Distillery
Die Geschichte von Kyrö Distillery begann in einer finnischen Sauna, wo fünf Freunde die Idee hatten, Roggenwhisky herzustellen. Sie verwandelten eine alte Molkerei in ihre Destillerie und starteten ihre Reise mit einer geliehenen Destillieranlage. Nach positivem Feedback auf einer Whisky Show in London wuchs die Destillerie, aber ihr Herz blieb der Roggen, der in all ihren Produkten, sei es Whisky, Gin oder Likör, eine zentrale Rolle spielt. Kyrö ist ein ständig wachsendes Abenteuer, zu dem alle eingeladen sind, gemeinsam zu träumen und Neues zu wagen.
