Fruit is the heart of our products. That is why the origin of the fruit is the be-all and end-all for our premium quality. For each type of fruit, we specifically select the best growing regions. There the fruits are allowed to ripen on the tree until they have reached the highest quality level: Jam quality. Fully ripe, they are then picked by hand and begin their journey to Hausham.

Another special feature of our company is the warm atmosphere. It is difficult to describe with words, you have to experience it. And that is exactly what we invite you to do. Because in our founding location Hausham, in the middle of the Upper Bavarian Alps near the Schliersee, our experience distillery including store has been established. There you can go on a journey of discovery to your heart's content.
