More information about Leopard's Leap Culinaria Brut Méthode Cap Classique N/V
The Leopard's Leap Culinaria Collection Brut Méthode Cap Classique pours into the wine glass with a beautiful, shimmering color that has a subtle pink undertone. Fruity aromas of mild gooseberries, kiwi and a hint of brioche are noticeable. The palate reveals tasty nuances of red berries such as dried cranberries. Elegant support is provided by the great balance between the juicy fruit and pleasant acidity. The cuvée of Chardonnay (59%), Pinot Noir (29%) and Pinot Meunier (12%) was produced using the traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle.
