When we, Morris Hebecker and Andreas Dorffmeister, moved into the Lindwurmhof in Munich more than 15 years ago, we began our journey together with an enthusiasm for honest craftsmanship and exquisite culinary delights. Therefore, for many years we dreamed of distilling a high-quality gin in loving handcraft - something we could finally realize with our LINDWURM GIN.
Every day we see the legendary "Lindwurm", which adorns the cast-iron railing of the railroad bridge over Lindwurmstraße. Munich residents tell themselves that this "Lindwurm" keeps an eye on the city and its neighborhood. Inspired by the mythical creature and its meaningful name, our LINDWURM GIN finally found its name. Handcrafted in a 180 liter distillery and accordingly bottled only in small batches. Quality that you can taste.
