Organic pumpkin bar for small appetites

The combination of juicy pumpkin, spicy onion, aromatic warm notes of turmeric and paprika and crunchy pumpkin seeds is rounded off with healthy fats from rapeseed oil, a light sweetness from dates and a dash of organic lemon juice from Sicily. Added to this are vegetable proteins from peas, lupins and hemp seeds.

And so we have the perfect, juicy base for the hearty, spicy vegetable bar, which also has a satisfying bite thanks to the crunchy seeds. Tastes like a delicious pumpkin dish, compact as a bar!
