Mintis gin
The Vergnano family runs the Torino Distillati company in Moncalieri together with some trusted collaborators. These include master distiller Denis Muni, who can look back on over 20 years of experience in the production of renowned spirits.
The Maestro Distillatore is also in charge of Mintis Gin in the truest sense of the word - each bottle bears his signature, as a sign of quality & craftsmanship.
Mintis Gin is produced in a unique way: Distillation takes place for 8 hours at 60 degrees in a vacuum still. By using this method at lower temperatures, the aromatic flavor of the gin remains fresh and it is subject to less environmental impact.
