Beverage powder containing cocoa - the bittersweet blend with 46% aromatic cocoa.
The cocoa is heavily de-oiled with 10-12% cocoa butter, comes from different cocoa varieties worldwide and is natural / raw, i.e. not alkalized.

Our classic drinking cocoa is the ideal choice for anyone who appreciates the harmonious taste of high-quality cocoa. With 46% cocoa, the natural sweetness of carob and a pinch of sea salt, it has a mild, floral aroma. Organic, vegan and fairly traded - for an all-round good feeling when enjoying.

Preparation in 200ml: Stir 2 to 3 teaspoons = 10g beverage powder into 80ml hot liquid with a whisk or spoon. Pour hot or cold with milk, plant drink or water to taste. Ideally, leave to infuse for 2 minutes and stir if necessary.
Or like grandma used to do: gently simmer the drinking cocoa with a little water for 1-3 minutes, then add milk and bring to the boil again. This makes the taste more intense and the mixture more rich, but it is a little more time-consuming.
