Beverage powder containing cocoa, without added sugar. For all unsweetened friends and lovers of high-quality cocoa flavors. The taste is somewhere between super chocolaty, delicately floral and subtly creamy.
The super chocolaty drink powder with 80% cocoa, based on lightly de-oiled Criollo fine flavor cocoa from Atalaya in Peru. It has the taste and consistency of a classic drinking cocoa from grandma's time: completely unsweetened but with a lovely chocolatey taste. Rounded off with 13% powerful and creamy maca root and a hint of sea salt to enhance the taste. The raw materials are fairly traded from organic cooperatives in South America.
Preparation in 200ml: Stir 2 to 3 teaspoons = 10g drink powder into 80ml hot liquid with a whisk or spoon. Infuse hot or cold with milk, plant drink or water to taste. Ideally leave to infuse for 2 minutes and stir if necessary.
