- RHABELLA Spritz (Our Classic): 50 cl of liqueur over plenty of ice, 100 to 150 ml of organic sparkling wine, and a splash of soda water. Top with a strawberry and lemon balm.
- The Low-ABV Choice: Mix our RHABELLA with non-alcoholic sparkling wine. The result is full of flavor with only about 4–5% alcohol content.
- Rhubarb-Gin Fusion: 4 cl RHABELLA, 2 cl dry gin, and premium tonic water. Sparkling, tart, and incredibly refreshing.
