The Neethlingshof Cap Classique Brut shines a beautiful lemon yellow in the glass and also reveals wonderful citrus notes on the nose, accompanied by tropical fruit and cookie nuances. Fine fruit aromas, the delicate perlage and crisp acidity ensure a great mouthfeel on the palate. The sparkling wine cuvée made from Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and is an excellent accompaniment to sushi, asparagus, grilled fish or Asian cuisine. But the Neethlingshof Cap Classique Brut is also an excellent choice as an aperitif on its own.
