Our Elbe Valley Whisky Peated has been aged for eight years in different sherry casks and is therefore very balanced and mild.
Some of the malt used in the production process was treated with peat smoke, which is why there are a lot of smoky components in the product alongside chocolate, vanilla, grape and dried fruit.
