Our noble fruit specialties are made from the best, fully ripe Herbstprinz apples, Williams-Christ pears, or quinces of the Alte Land. After harvesting, the fruits are cleaned by hand, quarters are cut and they are put into the noble apple, Williams pear or quince brandy for several months to ripen. After a ripening period of several months, the extracts thus obtained are processed into our specialties.
The use of the fruit brandies gives them their particularly noble and mild taste.
Unique production of spirits: We obtain the special aroma with its fruity note from the full, leached fruits, to which we also owe the natural color. A process that we currently use as Northern Germany's only manufacturer.
A mild taste experience for all connoisseurs who want to experience "fruit brandies" in a different way. The full aroma unfolds particularly well in our classic NORDIK original glasses.
