For us, the quince is the queen among fruits. Although it is difficult to reveal its aroma, it is worth all the effort to elicit its extraordinary flavor for our noble quince brandy. Made from sun-drenched, fully aromatic apple and pear quinces, the fruit brandy with its intensely fruity quince aroma and beguiling floral fragrance is an asset to any good occasion.
Aroma:
Mild alcohol, fully ripe, fruity floral quince aroma without off-flavors, very intense fruity, floral fragrant.
Ingredients:
From countless regional home gardens and own orchard cultivation.
Processing:
The fully ripe fruits are freed from their plum by hand with a brush, crushed and gently cold fermented with the addition of quince juice and water.
