More information about Orca Brau Quit The Shit Quince IPA
Quit the Shit is not only a somewhat rude request, but also a play on words that is also the title of an extremely delicious quince IPA from Orca Brau. Creative brewer Felix vom Endt brought his friends from Freigeist Bierkultur and Demory Paris on board for this creation. He also picked a whole bunch of quinces.
With combined brewing forces and the mountain of quinces, Felix and his temporary team have brewed a beer that is a sight (and taste) to behold: Their quince IPA Quit the Shit is not only full of fruit, but also full of hops. The IPA was brewed with the hop varieties Mosaic and Ekuanot. It presents itself in a slightly cloudy golden hue in the glass and is adorned with a stately crown of airy, white foam. A wonderfully autumnal aroma of fluffy quinces rises from the frothy splendor to the nose, where it combines with the aromas of floral hops, citrus peel and green gooseberries. Tantalizing!
The first sip conjures up a fruity mildness on the tongue and delights with delicately sweet notes of quince jelly, gently roasted malt, floral hops and lemon zest. The finish rounds off the beer experience with a dry bitterness.

Orca brew
For more than three years, Nuremberg's pleasure landscape has been enriched by an attraction: Orca Brau opened its doors in 2017 and has since enriched the German beer landscape with craft-brewed beer specialties. From writing about beer to brewing beer The head, heart and hand behind the "Orca Brau" company is Felix vom Endt. The young, wild brewer had a rather unusual start in the illustrious world of beer. Like all his fellow brewers, Felix has always enjoyed drinking beer. Unlike the others, however, he not only drank it, but also wrote about it. Felix founded one of the first beer blogs in Germany and tested himself with wit and thirst through the offer in German beer shelves. At some point, his professional interest in drinking led him to start his first attempts at the kettle. At home at the stove, the future brewer's first creations were born.
