The first work on the new system from the young brewery Orca Brau is an absolute hit. Felix vom Endt wanted his first creation to be a light and fluffy beer that would sweeten your evening after work and be the perfect companion for relaxing hours.
Mission accomplished!
Easy is an uncomplicated American-style pale ale with a gentle 4.5% alcohol content. The palatable pale ale flows into the glass in a wonderfully shiny golden hue and is adorned with a stately crown of white, firm foam. A tantalizing aroma of juicy orange rises to the nose and combines with the aromas of gooseberries, white grapes and tangy citrus fruit. The first sip presents a light-footed body with a great hop-malt balance. The two flavor carriers lend the beer its character in perfect harmony: the malt provides the hops with a soft, sweet base reminiscent of creamy caramel, brown sugar and sun-dried grain. The hops blossom on this base and caress the tongue and palate with notes of freshly mown grass, ripe oranges and woody herbs. A herbal bitterness also joins in and elegantly rounds off the interplay of aromas.
The finish is crisply bitter and lingers on the tongue for a long time with fruity sweetness and citrus freshness.
