Orca Brew Easy Pale Ale

The first creation on the new system from the young brewery Orca Brau is an absolute hit right away. Felix vom Endt wanted his first creation to be a fluffy little beer that would sweeten the evening after work and be the perfect companion for relaxing hours.

Mission accomplished!

Easy is a straightforward American-style Pale Ale with a smooth 4.5% alcohol content. The quaffable pale flows into the glass in a delightfully lustrous golden hue and is adorned with a stately crown of white, firm foam. An enticing aroma of juicy orange rises to the nose, where it joins aromas of gooseberries, white grapes and tangy citrus. The forward finish presents a light-bodied palate with a great hop-malt balance. Perfectly matched, the two flavor carriers give the beer its character: the malt prepares a soft, sweet base for the hops, reminiscent of creamy caramel, brown sugar and sun-dried grain. The hops flourish on this base, caressing the tongue and palate with notes of freshly mown grass, ripe oranges and woody herbs. An herbal bitterness also joins in, elegantly rounding out the aromatic interplay.

The finish is crisply bitter and remains on the tongue for a long time with fruity sweetness and citrus freshness.
