Cultivation:
The pomegranate variety Azerbaij-Queen is grown on our own plantations in Azerbaijan. This is considered by experts to be one of the best pomegranate varieties in the world. Granata concentrates on the production of a naturally pure organic pomegranate juice from controlled cultivation. The organic pomegranate juice is made from sun-ripened, hand-picked organic pomegranates that grow in the temperate to subtropical climate of Azerbaijan on the Caspian Sea. Our organic pomegranate plantations cover large areas. These are tended by experienced employees. Due to the warm sunshine during the day, alternating with the very cool downdraughts of the Caucasus Mountains in the evening and at night, the organic pomegranates develop a relatively high fruit sugar content. This has a very positive effect on the special taste of our organic pomegranate juice.

Production:
The entire organic pomegranate juice production process is based on state-of-the-art technology from Germany, Italy, France and Switzerland. We only use the red organic pomegranate seeds (approx. 5 kg per liter) for pressing the organic pomegranate juice. We guarantee that our organic pomegranate juice is 100% organic direct pomegranate juice. Our organic pomegranate juice complies with all European regulations. We have the Institute Prof. Dr. Georg Kurz GmbH certificate. Current analysis samples have confirmed that it is a pure direct juice. Since 2011, our parent company in Azerbaijan and our distribution in the Federal Republic of Germany have been certified organic by Lacon GmbH.

Our organic pomegranate juice is supplied directly by the producer without any intermediaries. This enables us to offer you a fair price for our organic pomegranate juice.
