Of course, a well-assorted range should not be without a non-alcoholic beer. The Hamburg brewery ÜberQuell has a subtly compiled selection of excellent beers and therefore now also has a non-alcoholic beer. Pille Palle is a non-alcoholic pale ale with a tame 0.4% alcohol content, brewed with a very special yeast. Thanks to this fancy yeast, the beer can be brewed in the traditional way without producing alcohol. Wonderful!
In addition to the yeast, an incredible five special malts and three aromatic hop varieties are added to the kettle. The result is a smooth pale ale with plenty of refreshing potential. The Hamburg lightweight flows into the glass in sunny gold and has a white head on its cloudy body. A wonderful bouquet of hops rises to the nose and causes a sensation with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, herbs and freshly mown grass. The taste of the beer is based entirely on its olfactory first impression: Aromas of spicy grass, fresh herbs, pine resin and floral hops mingle with strong yeast on the palate. A wave of tropical fruit gives the pale ale a great juiciness and rounds off the bitterness with soft sweetness.
Pille Palle is a fabulously good Pale Ale that makes up for the lack of alcohol with a truckload of refreshing and fruity flavors.
