More information about AboutQuell Breweries Supadupa IPA
Once to the South Seas and back.
Everyone imagines something different under the colloquial expression "Supadupa". Some people think of the last barbecue with friends, while images of beaches, palm trees and endless sunshine come to mind. The ÜberQuell team would give the title "Supadupa" to a relaxing afternoon on the balcony. Shoes off, off to the hammock, swinging above the things of everyday life and letting your thoughts wander to distant lands - What is still missing, fortunately, is a suitable beer! Supadupa is the answer. Featuring Centennial and Mosaic hops, this IPA is a hop-forward, tropical cocktail that will add a touch of vacation to any balcony session.
Supadupa flows into the glass in a hazy amber hue and forms a white head. A summery mix of refreshing scents rises from the firm foam: sweet orange juice meets lemon zest, grapefruit and the unmistakable smell of sun-dried straw. A hint of caramel completes the olfactory impression and makes you want to take the first sip. This reveals what the aroma has already revealed: A juicy beer with a lot of fruit. A subtle malt base underpins the fresh juiciness, and a delightful bitterness complements it.
Supadupa is the perfect after-work beer and your companion when you want to ring in the weekend, the holiday or the next vacation.

The far north is known for many things: delicious fish sandwiches, the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, seagulls and its dry humor. But now Hamburg has a new attraction: Since 2017, you can find the small, creative microbrewery ÜberQuell Brauwerkstätten on St. Pauli. With handmade beer from real people for real people, pizza from the stone oven and a lot of heart and soul, the makers have been attracting countless beer fans ever since. A matter of the heart Even though the guys from St. Pauli have a reputation for being tough guys, there's one thing you can't write off from them: Passion. And that's what makes ÜberQuell a true highlight in Hamburg's culinary landscape. Axel Ohm and Patrick Rüther are the brilliant minds behind the project and the people who conceived and set up the microbrewery...
