More information about AboutQuell Brauwerkstätten Supadupa IPA
Once to the South Seas and back.
The colloquial term "Supadupa" conjures up different images for everyone. Some people think of the last barbecue evening with friends, others think of images of beaches, palm trees and endless sunshine. The ÜberQuell team would describe a relaxing afternoon on the balcony as "Supadupa". Shoes off, off to the hammock, swinging over the things of everyday life and letting your mind wander to faraway lands - luckily, the only thing missing is a suitable beer! Supadupa is the answer. The IPA with the hop varieties Centennial and Mosaic is a hoppy, tropical cocktail that adds a touch of vacation feeling to any balcony session.
Supadupa flows into the glass in a cloudy amber color and forms a white head. A summery mix of refreshing aromas rises from the firm foam: sweet orange juice meets lemon zest, grapefruit and the unmistakable smell of sun-dried straw. A hint of caramel completes the olfactory impression and whets the appetite for the first sip. This reveals what the aroma has already revealed: A juicy beer with a lot of fruit. A subtle malt base underpins the fresh juiciness, complemented by a wonderful bitterness.
Supadupa is the perfect after-work beer and your companion when it's time to ring in the weekend, a public holiday or your next vacation.
Instant vacation feeling!

The far north is known for many things: delicious fish sandwiches, the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, seagulls and its dry humor. But now Hamburg has a new attraction: Since 2017, you can find the small, creative microbrewery ÜberQuell Brauwerkstätten on St. Pauli. With handmade beer from real people for real people, pizza from the stone oven and a lot of heart and soul, the makers have been attracting countless beer fans ever since. A matter of the heart Even though the guys from St. Pauli have a reputation for being tough guys, there's one thing you can't write off from them: Passion. And that's what makes ÜberQuell a true highlight in Hamburg's culinary landscape. Axel Ohm and Patrick Rüther are the brilliant minds behind the project and the people who conceived and set up the microbrewery...
