This Tasmanian single malt tasting set combines three cask maturations with strong character and impressively demonstrates the stylistic diversity of the distillery: from the fresh, fruity and vanilla bourbon cask with notes of coconut, banana and soft caramel, to the spicy and fruity sherry cask with dark dried fruit aromas and a fine oloroso character, through to the full-bodied port cask, which impresses with red berry fruit, dark caramel and elegant sweetness. Three perfectly balanced whiskies that harmoniously combine cask character, depth and craftsmanship.
