The Paserene Elements Rosie 2023 appears in the glass in a delicate shade of pink and immediately delights with its seductive fragrance. Red cherries and strawberries dominate the fruity bouquet, which is harmoniously complemented by creamy notes.
"Fine nuances of roses, candy floss and cinnamon elegantly round off the fragrance. This variety of aromas is also reflected on the palate. The rosé wine made from Carignan, Mourvèdre and Syrah impresses with a good acid structure and a soft, balanced finish.
The Paserene Elements Rosie was aged in oak barrels and is an excellent accompaniment to grilled chicken. Fresh salmon or creamy cheese also go perfectly with this finely balanced rosé from South Africa.
