This Añejo of Pasote is the result of barrel aging for 18 months. This tequila also comes from the legendary El Pandillo distillery. Although the master distiller has long since sold the Pasote brand, he still oversees production at his distillery. This is a 100% Felipe Camarena tequila, with no additives.
The manufacturing of the bottles is unique. With slight asymmetries and distinctive wave patterns in the glass, they represent the term "Craft".
Aroma and taste
This Pasote anejo confirms the delicious benefits of long aging in American oak. Soft aromas of roasted agave, clean vanilla and sweet coconut meld into a pleasing harmony.
