Pegelturm Gin - Neuwied London Dry Gin

Pegelturm founder Umut Eskiocak: "We have worked long and hard on this gin and in the end bottled a great London Dry Gin. The recipe comes from my kitchen. The ingredients were brought by me personally to the distillery. It was important to me that the botanicals were wrapped in paper. The rosemary came straight from the pot. Even though I am the distributor, distilling was done at Obsthof Birkenbeil. Family Birkenbeil was very sympathetic to me from the beginning. They live their profession and distill with heart and passion. With the botanicals, it was important to me that they were all used from the best quality. The citrus fruits were sourced from the region. In the distillery is distilled with green electricity. These are the little things that should make the Neuwied Pegelturm Gin. The label reflects the landmarks of Neuwied. The inside label was painted by hand.
